Nomination Process and Additional Information
Please ensure you read the below information before making a nomination. Please note, the nominee must consent to being nominated and they are required to sign this form. You will be required to submit a photograph of the nominee as part of the nomination. You will be required to provide contact details of two people who know the nominee and consent to be a referee. Referees may be contacted by the Nomination Committee to provide a reference for the nominee. The LEAD EA Network will contact nominees and their nominators via email when finalists have been determined.
Terms & Conditions
The Lead EA Network Annual Recognition Ceremony Nominations for recognition is open to anyone. An individual cannot nominate them self. Information and photographs submitted in the nomination process may be used by the LEAD EA Network for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, event advertising, announcement via social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), on our website, presentations at the Annual Recognition Ceremony Dinner, post-event publicity and future Annual Recognition Ceremony events and promotion. Nominations must be submitted to LEAD EA Network by no later than 5:00pm Friday 1 September 2023. Nominations are considered complete when all parts of the nomination form are completed in full. Nominations must be completed via the website. The role of the Nomination Committee is to review and consider all nominations in light of the guidelines and criteria and to select finalists and recognition recipients for each category. The Nomination Committee's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into in respect to the decision.
